I had gone from playing soccer and being constantly active in high school to going to college to
learn more about exercise and health but no longer having a sport or consistent activity. Figuring out
what worked for me in my own workouts, is what kept my interest, and how to balance all the different
parts of my life became my challenge and still continue to change.
