How are you doing?
As I write this we are 1/4 of the way through 2016. That’s 3 months down, 9 to go! Now for me March felt just as long as January and February combined. Regardless, time flies and when you’re in the trenches of life day to day it’s easy to let good habits slip, progress wane, and be caught up in the moment of here and now.
So really, how are you doing? What is going well? What has slipped? What’s difficult, or easy?
With those few questions I want you to confirm and celebrate what you’re doing well. Let it motivate you and do MORE of it! Next, identify ONE thing you can change/improve/get back on track with that will make a difference today. Don’t worry about anything else, just pick the one and stick to it. You will see better success if you do that ONE thing as best you can, instead of 6 things with mediocre effort and focus.
