Hey Team,

I hope you had an amazing warm weekend.  If your celebrating Valentines Day may it be filled with love.  If your looking for a cheap date or want that "first kiss", head on over to Qdoba and kiss someone you love for a buy one get one free!

OK Back on track.  I'm getting a little emotional on you for this motivation Monday.  Check out this video and if you still have any legitimate excuses then I'd like to hear them.

If you truly set your mind to something, and are determined to do it then there's a small margin of error as to why you can't.

I'm not talking about the, "yeah I'll give this a try, it says it will work" kind of attitude.  Anything that makes those claims and the people who see results are all people who did work, put in the effort, made the sacrifices to get there.
