Until now, personal training programs in the North Denver area have been built on a one-on-one personal training model. In other words, one personal trainer works with one client…typically for a half hour to an hour personal training session.

Our REVOLUTIONARY Group Personal Training Program at Fit Soldiers Fitness Revolution is the perfect blend of Boot Camp and One-on-One Personal Training. It features individualized programming in a small group (max of 4) with all the energy and excitement of a boot camp. A typical one-hour group personal training session will generally look like this:
