Expedite your results at our Kettlebell Khaos Session. The kettlebell is a very versatile training tool that will help improve your posture and coordination, build power and strength, and increase your endurance, metabolism and so much more.

Kettlebell Khaos requires proficiency in the standard KB moves of Swing, Clean, Jerk, Long Cycle and Snatch. Modifications will be provided for those who do not have Kettlebell experience or have not completed our Kettlebell Workshop.

Our Fit Soldiers Kettlebell Workshop and training sessions are taught by IKFF certified instructors. The workshop will consist of two hours of hand’s on learning in order to master the techniques of the swing, clean, jerk, long cycle, snatch, breathing, and more.

We will ensure that you’re comfortable with all the techniques before you walk out the door. Be sure to practice and master them in our Kettlebell Kahos, and Group Personal Training sessions.
