With Semi-Private Personal Training we are able to align your goals with the Functional Movement Screen in order to establish a baseline, restore proper movement patterns, and create a more personalized training program for you to achieve your goals.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training includes:

  • Personalized Success Session including health, training, and medical history, FMS, nutrition and goal setting.
  • Semi-Private Personal Training with our experienced personal trainers in a 2-4 person semi-private setting.
  • Monthly Fitness Re-assessments to measure your progress, avoid plateaus, and ensure continuous progress.
