P.S. Tis’ the season for fitness contests! You can find them anywhere you look. But before you choose the one with the flashiest advertising, consider this: Fit Soldiers is the 1st and only Group Personal Training Gym in the north metro Denver area.
P.P.S. With our last transformation contest we saw some amazing results. As always, we focus on real, whole, minimally processed food, and building nutrition skills. We couple this with our training program in order to see excellent results. This is the key to long term and not seasonal success.
Contestant must complete initial and final weigh ins in order to be eligible for prizes.
Prizes will be based off of TOTAL transformation, not simply weight loss. This includes; before and after photos, body fat %, inches, and weight loss.
