When I started with Dave's Fitness Boot Camp program last summer, my exercise program was in a rut. I was working out regularly, but I'd hit a plateau and couldn't seem to break myself out of it. I thought I was in shape, and just needed help pushing through to the next level.
My first week working with David really showed me how far away from "in shape" I really was! After one month of training, I was already doing things I never thought my body capable of. Five months later, I'm starting to feel like a totally different person. My body fat percentage is steadily declining, my endurance has dramatically increased, and people have started commenting on the increased definition in my body. I'm happier, healthier, stronger, and faster than I've ever been in my life.
David's programs motivate me to get up early in the morning to exercise, and I enter the world after his classes feeling like I've already achieved more by 8am than I used to accomplish in an entire day. After training with David and a good shower, I'm ready to take on the world!
